The licenses for video content are specific to each video. Generally, I try to license the video under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License, but this is not always possible. The video will list the license attributed to it either on my site or on the video hosting site's description of the video. That means you can use any video or video clips as long as you provide a credit to me somewhere in your video and provide your video under the same license or a compatible license to the one I use.
